Summary
I know a dealership from the desk and from the database. Since August 2024 I've run a Houston used vehicle dealership's operations and back office, and I built the CRM and Handle a Sale desk that three staff use daily: one plain question at a time, in English or Spanish, the buyer's license scanned once so every form fills itself, and each deal routed to the right documents. I also deployed the inbound voice AI that books appointments into it, and I speak Spanish professionally and proficiently.
