Summary

I put AI to work where a business loses time. For a Houston used vehicle dealership I deployed inbound voice AI that books appointments into the CRM and live-transfers unresolved calls to staff, writing its prompts and call flows myself, and I built a Python, Claude API and n8n workflow that researches Facebook Marketplace leads, writes findings to the CRM and generates SOP-based reply text for follow-up. Rather than buying software, I build it for the bottleneck in front of me.

Triple J Auto Investment and Rental Operations, Houston, Texas

  • Build AI software for the dealership's bottlenecks rather than buying software.
  • Write the SOPs the staff and the prospecting workflow follow.
  • Inbound voice AI (Retell AI, Bland AI, Twilio, CRM webhooks)
    • Deployed inbound voice AI that books appointments into the CRM and live-transfers unresolved calls to staff.
    • Write the voice AI agents' prompts and call flows.
    • Across August and September 2026 the voice AI averaged 41 inbound calls, 14 booked appointments and 4 CRM-matched vehicle sales per month ($15,000 a month in sale proceeds).
  • Prospecting workflow (Python, Claude API, n8n, CRM webhooks)
    • Built a prospecting workflow in Python with the Claude API and n8n that researches Facebook Marketplace leads and writes findings to the CRM.
    • The workflow generates SOP-based reply text for automatic follow-up.
  • Custom dealership CRM and Handle a Sale desk (TypeScript, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Vercel, Edge Functions)
    • Shipped the CRM on Vercel with Edge Functions for voice and texting webhooks.
