Summary

I build the CRM, voice AI and automation systems a business runs on, and I run the operations they serve. At a Houston used vehicle dealership I've personally closed 53 vehicle sales and collected $206,777 in sale proceeds since June 2025, while building production tools that connect lead intake, calls, scheduling, CRM records and follow-up.

  • Manage operations across pricing, inventory, vendors, logistics, financing and title processing since August 2024.
  • Personally closed 53 vehicle sales and collected $206,777 in sale proceeds since June 2025.
  • Custom dealership CRM and Handle a Sale desk (TypeScript, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Vercel, Edge Functions)
    • Used daily by three staff across inventory, deals and follow-up.
    • Designed the lead-to-title data model, roles and validation.
    • Tested Supabase row-level security (RLS) policies to prevent unauthorized role access.
    • Handle a Sale, the CRM's sale desk, scans the buyer's license once so every form fills itself and routes each deal to the right documents with nothing missing and nothing extra.
  • Inbound voice AI (Retell AI, Bland AI, Twilio, CRM webhooks)
    • Deployed inbound voice AI that books appointments into the CRM and live-transfers unresolved calls to staff.
    • Write the voice AI agents' prompts and call flows.
    • Across August and September 2026 the voice AI averaged 41 inbound calls, 14 booked appointments and 4 CRM-matched vehicle sales per month ($15,000 a month in sale proceeds).
  • Prospecting workflow (Python, Claude API, n8n, CRM webhooks)
    • Built a prospecting workflow in Python with the Claude API and n8n that researches Facebook Marketplace leads and writes findings to the CRM.
