For Texas independents under thirty deals a month

Your deals go to the county on a prayer. Give me ninety seconds.

I'm Jason. I co-own a Houston lot and I built the thing that reads a deal jacket against what webDEALER wants right now, before it leaves the building. It is in build, running on our own packets first, and a few Texas pilot places are open. Watch the film, then pick a time. You will talk to me, not a rep.

Read it instead

If you run a lot in Texas and your deals still go to the county on a prayer, give me ninety seconds.

I'm Jason. I co-own Triple J Auto Investment in Houston. Every packet we file, I've had a hand in.

The county doesn't return a deal because you're bad at this. It returns it because one line on one form didn't agree with another.

So I built Apohenia. Deal Packet Checker reads the deal jacket against what webDEALER wants right now, and hands your clerk a short list before anything leaves the building.

It doesn't file for you. It doesn't promise approvals. It reports what it finds, by how often it shows up, and a human decides.

We're running it on our own lot first. A few Texas pilot places are open for stores under thirty deals a month.

If that's you, pick a time below. Thirty minutes, me, no pitch deck. Bring your last returned packet and we'll look at it together.

The voice is mine, rendered from a recording I made for this site.

What happens on the call.

Thirty minutes. I run a lot, so I know what your Tuesday looks like, and I will not waste it.

  1. You walk me through the last packet the county returned. Or the last one you were nervous about. Real paper, your words.
  2. I show you what the checker reads on a packet like it. On a synthetic example, never a customer's. You see the short list your clerk would get.
  3. We decide together whether a pilot place fits. Under thirty deals a month, Texas, filing through webDEALER. If it does not fit, I will say so on the call.
  4. You get a plain yes or no from me in writing that week. With what a pilot involves, what it costs you in time, and what I will and will not claim.

Pick a time. Thirty minutes, me, no deck.

Central time. It is a phone call, so you can take it from the lot. If nothing on the calendar works, write me and we will find one.

Calendar not loading? Open it in a new tab or email jobawems@gmail.com.

Leave me a note before the call.

Optional. Two lines about where the paperwork hurts right now and I will read them before we talk. Nothing here is shared with anyone but me.

Got it. I'll read it before we talk.

Have your last returned packet nearby for the call. If you booked a time, the calendar invite is the only other thing you need.

What I will not claim.

  • I will not say the checker catches, prevents, or reduces rejections. It checks the packet before you file and reports what it finds, by how often it shows up. The evidence is being gathered on our own lot first.
  • I will not quote a percentage or borrow someone else's case study.
  • I will not show you another dealer's packet, and I will not show yours to anyone.
  • Apohenia is not affiliated with TxDMV, webDEALER, or any county tax office. Nothing here is a guarantee of approval. Your clerk still rules.
