Two roles. Remote, Texas hours.

I need people who can talk to a dealer and tell the truth.

Apohenia is building Deal Packet Checker, a review that reads a Texas dealer's deal jacket against what webDEALER wants before it is filed. It is in build, running on our own lot first, and we are opening a few pilot places. Somebody has to book those calls and somebody has to run them. This page tells you what the product is, where the appointments come from, and how pay works before it asks you for anything. That order is on purpose.

Where the appointments come from.

You are not cold-calling a purchased list. Every name has a reason to be on it.

  1. The partner page on this site. Dealers who watched the film and left a note or booked a time. Warm, and they already know what the product does not do.
  2. The outreach desk. A weekly set of posts on LinkedIn, Reddit and dealer groups, written in my voice and approved by me. Replies and DMs come to you with the thread attached.
  3. My own network. Houston independents I have bought from, sold to, or stood next to at the county. You get the introduction, not just the number.
  4. Triple J's counter. Our own lot. Dealers who ask what we use, because they watched us file.

Appointment setter

Part-time to start. Phone and text.

You reach the people above, hold a real conversation about their paperwork, and book them onto a thirty-minute call. You are not reading a script. You are asking what the county sent back last.

  • Paid per appointment that is held, not per booking. A no-show pays nothing, so you learn to book people who show.
  • Texas hours, because dealers answer between deals.
  • You have sold something by phone before and can say what happened after.

Closer

Contract. Runs the thirty-minute call.

You run the call with me on it at first, then alone. A dealer walks you through a returned packet; you show them what the checker reads on a synthetic one; together you decide if a pilot place fits. You must be able to say "this is not for you" on the call.

  • Paid a share of each pilot that starts, paid when the dealer pays.
  • You have closed by phone, ideally with dealers, clerks, or other small operators.
  • You will never claim the product catches, prevents or reduces rejections. If that bothers you, this is the wrong room.

How pay works.

You get the numbers in writing before you do any work. Not on this page, because they depend on your role and your hours, and because I would rather you hear them from me and be able to say no.

There is no unpaid training week and no unpaid Saturday meeting. If I ask for your time, it is paid time or it is a twenty-minute call with me that you can decline.

The first week is real work. Setters get warm names on day one. Closers sit in on my calls first, then run one with me listening, then run their own.

I read every application myself and I answer every one, including the no's. I have been ghosted enough for one lifetime.

Apply. Four fields and one story.

The story matters more than the fields. Tell me about the last thing you sold and what happened after the sale, good or bad. Write it yourself. I can tell.

Got it. You'll hear from me either way.

Usually within a few days. If it is a fit, the next step is a twenty-minute call, and you will have the pay structure in writing before it.
