Summary
I build the CRM, voice AI and automation systems a business runs on, and I run the operations they serve. At a Houston used vehicle dealership I've personally closed 53 vehicle sales and collected $206,777 in sale proceeds since June 2025, while building production tools that connect lead intake, calls, scheduling, CRM records and follow-up.

- Manage operations across pricing, inventory, vendors, logistics, financing and title processing since August 2024.
- Personally closed 53 vehicle sales and collected $206,777 in sale proceeds since June 2025.
Custom dealership CRM and Handle a Sale desk (TypeScript, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Vercel, Edge Functions)
  - Used daily by three staff across inventory, deals and follow-up.
  - Designed the lead-to-title data model, roles and validation.
  - Tested Supabase row-level security (RLS) policies to prevent unauthorized role access.
  - Handle a Sale, the CRM's sale desk, scans the buyer's license once so every form fills itself and routes each deal to the right documents with nothing missing and nothing extra.
Inbound voice AI (Retell AI, Bland AI, Twilio, CRM webhooks)
  - Deployed inbound voice AI that books appointments into the CRM and live-transfers unresolved calls to staff.
  - Write the voice AI agents' prompts and call flows.
  - Across August and September 2026 the voice AI averaged 41 inbound calls, 14 booked appointments and 4 CRM-matched vehicle sales per month ($15,000 a month in sale proceeds).
Prospecting workflow (Python, Claude API, n8n, CRM webhooks)
  - Built a prospecting workflow in Python with the Claude API and n8n that researches Facebook Marketplace leads and writes findings to the CRM.
